Ratz is an adult TV series produced by Xilam and featuring two crazy rats on a cheese cargo ship. As a Production Manager I setup the team workspace, documenting the production pipeline and build Intranet tasks site. I develop 3D tools and script to speed the modeling process; tools for Multi-Resolution, Change Tessellations, ReferenceLOD for heavy scenes in Maya. Modeling backgrounds, character, vehicles and 2D backgrounds coloring.
